Providence Caregivers:
If you do not have a REDCap account
You can sign up for one below. Use your Providence username and network password to log in once you are in you will be asked to fill out basic user information. Remember to click the submit button. You will be sent an email asking you to verify your account and complete the account set up process.
If you have a REDCap account
Remember to use your Providence login (your login/username NOT your email address) and password to login to REDCap
Internal Caregiver accounts do not lock so re-enter your network username and password and try again
** When you try to login and you get a message that your account has been suspended please open a Service Now ticket and request account reactivation **
Non-Providence Personnel:
If you do not have a Providence username and password, please contact your sponsor or use the username you were provided.

There are several flavors of REDCap projects to choose from as you begin thinking about building your own project. Each type of project has its advantages and disadvantages, and may fit the specific needs better of one type of project over another.
