Having trouble logging in?
Most login issues are resolved by retrying to login. | Follow these steps to get access: 1. Contact your Providence Sponsor 2. Sign the External User Agreement. Have the Sponsor submit a ServiceNow New user access request ticket and attach the agreement to the ticket 3. An email will be sent with access instructions once it is granted
Reset password (external only): Click on Forgot your password? link and request a password rest |
Avoid account suspension:
- Accounts are suspended after 90 days due to inactivity
- Log in periodically and work on a Project within every 90 days to avoid suspension
- Users will receive email notifications their account is at risk of suspension.
Reminders:
- Use your Providence issued username, not email (i.e. John.Doe, n123456 or p123456)
- Verify your email is correct to receive warnings before suspension
- Submit a ServiceNow ticket when your account is suspended or for New External User Account requests

There are several flavors of REDCap projects to choose from as you begin thinking about building your own project. Each type of project has its advantages and disadvantages, and may fit the specific needs better of one type of project over another.
